PFL is a not-for-profit youth and family service program that was originally formed in 2003 serving clients in the mid-Illinois area.  It was consciously designed to better acclimate young people and adults with the social and economical culture and environment in which they are engaged so that they are equipped to manage life through its many transitions. 

Primed for Life’s mission is to develop socially, culturally, behaviorally, and economically aware individuals who are progressive and conscious of their community contribution.
