PFL is a nonprofit charitable organization as defined under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. For individual tax filers who itemize federal income tax deductions, cash donations to this public charity are fully deductible as provided by the tax laws. Special rules may apply to certain non-cash donations and to contributions not made by individuals; consult your tax advisor.

The Primed for Life, Inc. seeks funds from individuals, groups, and corporate contributors. The funds are used for unrestricted client and program expenses, operating expenses, and various projects. Also, in-kind donations of computers, laptops, office furniture, and educational equipment or related items are accepted.

Primed for Life, Inc. is a community organization that will facilitate, aide and prepare individuals and transitioning youth and adults in their evolution to healthy, productive, self-aware, and socially conscience citizens while having a positive impact on their local community.

The program supports individuals, schools, churches, agencies (private and public), and the community.  PFL provides support and training to all individuals regardless of religion, race, gender, or sexual orientation.
